To participate in the program, a few steps need to be taken:

• We will then gather some basic information about your company and your products via emails and/or over the telephone. (If required, a mutual non disclosure agreement can be signed before the information gathering process).
• Upon signing a service agreement, our China and US based staff will conduct rapid research and analysis
• A detailed written assessment report will be submitted to your company. Depending on the complexity of your products/industry, the assessment report is typically between 20 to 30 pages. One of our senior partners will make a live presentation (with a Q&A session) to your management team (over the phone or in a face-to-face meeting) to discuss the key findings of the assessment report. Depending upon the specifics, the presentation typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.
