• Obtain preliminary quotes from the identified Chinese manufacturers
• Investigate potential regulatory issues associated with sourcing your products from China
• Examine different ways of sourcing (e.g. using agents vs. direct purchasing; purchasing finished goods vs. product parts) and evaluate the pros and cons (e.g. costs, quality control, etc.) of each identified approach

 How to Participate in this Program

To participate in the program, a few steps need to be taken:

• We will then gather some basic information about your company and your products via emails and/or over the telephone. (If required, a mutual non disclosure agreement can be signed before the information gathering process).
• Upon signing a service agreement, our China and US based staff will conduct rapid research and analysis
• A detailed written assessment report will be submitted to your company. Depending on the complexity of your products/industry, the assessment report is typically between 5-10 pages. One of our senior partners will make a live presentation (with a Q&A session) to your management team (over the phone or in a face-to-face meeting) to discuss the key findings of the assessment report. Depending upon the specifics, the presentation typically lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours.
