• Examine the overall competitive landscape in China and identify major competitors
• Investigate potential regulatory issues associated with selling your products to China
• Identify potential ways of selling products to China (e.g. selling through Chinese distributors/partners; establishing a " foreign invested commercial enterprise" or FICE within China ; and etc.) and evaluate the pros and cons (e.g. costs, intellectual property protection, and etc.) of each approach

• A detailed written assessment report will be submitted to your company. Depending on the complexity of your products/industry, the assessment report is typically between 20 to 30 pages. One of our senior partners will make a live presentation (with a Q&A session) to your management team (over the phone or in a face-to-face meeting) to discuss the key findings of the assessment report. Depending upon the specifics, the presentation typically lasts between one to four hours.
